Well what an outstanding Sunday this was. For those who attended I'm sure you will all agree the meeting, lunch and workshop were much more than imagined. Sandor was clear, thorough and interactive with the audience. The food prepared by my wife was and I'm allowed to say this, magnificent and scrumptous and with out a doubt more than worth the money paid for it. Finally the chance to prepare one's own veg ferment under Sandors instruction and take it home in a 1lt jar topped what was an enjoyable and empowering event. Should there be another event like this next year I am certainly going to make the time be there in any capacity. well done Phil, fantastic job bringing it together like you did. From us eat well! live well!
