This addition to our cultured vegetable repetior is the popular ginger and carrot mix. It comprises of grated raw carrots and grated raw ginger cultured in natural spring water and himalayan salt. Presented in honey and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil after the ferment period for taste, which gives it a sweet smooth flavour. It can be consumed as is and still be a wonderful condiment for any dish.
